Ultimate Events and Sport Management are committed to offering teams excellent customer service on and off the field. We are dedicated to hosting tournaments that will offer athletes an opportunity to play competitive games at all levels in an optimal environment that will allow the athletes to perform their best!

The Directors of UESM have a true passion for athletics, and the role sports can play in a young athlete’s life. They have joined forces to bring quality lacrosse tournaments at a reasonable cost to the national and local communities.

Alex

Alex is from Montgomeryville, PA where she played soccer. She attended Temple University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management in 2017. While attending Temple, Alex completed her Junior internship with Perfect Game Super25, a travel baseball tournament company. During her Senior year, she interned for Manayunk Sport and Social Club, a co-ed adult sports league. Both internships allowed Alex to gain experience in the field and led her to wanting a career in youth sports!

Alex joined the Ultimate Events and Sports team in March of 2019. She helped manage and grow the WPLL Futures tryouts, as well as the WPLL Futures Championship Summit. In August 2019, Alex was promoted to Team and Player Relations Director, handling registration and communications for all upcoming tournaments. In addition, Alex is our Social Media guru, highlighting all things Ultimate Events and Sports so you don’t miss out on any of our events!

Michele DeJuliis

Michele DeJuliis, a 2013 US National Lacrosse Hall of Fame inductee, has contributed extensively to women’s lacrosse for over 25 years. As the founder and CEO of Ultimate Lacrosse, she’s been dedicated to increasing access and elevating the sport in skill development, competitiveness and overall lacrosse IQ of the young women play it.

In 2014, DeJuliis was named U-19 assistant coach for the 2015 Women’s World Cup in Edinburgh, Scotland. She served as assistant coach for Team USA when they garnered gold at the 2013 World Cup. A long-standing member of Team USA, DJ captained the 2009 team, capturing gold at the FIL World Cup in Prague.

During her 8 years as assistant coach at Princeton University she served as the offensive coordinator and was honored as the 2011 IWLCA Assistant Coach of the Year. As a four-time All American for Penn State University, she finished her career eighth on the school’s all-time scoring list with 142 goals and sixth with 203 points. A 1998 graduate, she led the Nittany Lions to three NCAA tournament appearances, including the semifinals in 1995. After graduating she stayed on as Assistant Coach while completing her graduate degree in Kinesiology.

DeJuliis, a Baltimore native, was inducted into the Greater Baltimore Chapter of the US Lacrosse
Hall of Fame in 2008 and has served as Chair of the IWLCA’s Recruiting Education Committee and the Tournament Committee as well as being a member of the Mid-Atlantic All-Region Committee.

Prior to her coaching career, DeJuliis spent five years with the Baltimore City Police Department starting as a patrol officer, then a member of the SWAT team and finally as a detective with the Executive Protection Unit, earning a Meritorious Conduct Award and the Police Commissioner’s Award of Excellence while serving the department.

Rebecca Wells

Grew up playing lacrosse in Coatesville, PA and went on to play collegiately at the University of Pittsburgh where she was team captain her senior year. While earning her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Exercise Physiology from PITT, she worked on a state funded research grant examining risk factors for Heart Disease. Parts of her responsibilities were to run community wellness seminars, events, and fairs for the Cardiovascular Institute.

In addition, while in Pittsburgh, she coached for and was a board member for the lacrosse club Intrepid, and was the head varsity coach at Shaler High School, where she earned 2005 WPIAL Coach of the Year honors. She eventually moved on to be the Head Women’s Lacrosse and Field Hockey Coach at Seton Hill University, a NCAA DII institution, for 3 years, before moving back to the Chester County Area. She later became the Women’s Lacrosse Program Director at United Sports in Downingtown, PA for 4 years, where she was the Director of some of the nation’s most premier events: IWLCA Champions Cup, All American Showcase – Champions Cup, IWLCA Capital Cup (before becoming the Nation’s Capitol Cup), Girls Upper Atlantic, and Fall Classic.

In addition, she was previously the Head Coach at Kennett High School before taking time off from coaching to spend more time with her family. She returned to coaching and has been with the Governor Mifflin High School team from 2015 to present.

Keith Jacoby

Keith played high school lacrosse at Pennridge High School and went on to play club ball at James Madison University. At JMU he studied Sports Management and minored in Business and Coaching. While at JMU he interned with the Women’s Lacrosse team for his final semester, a season in which JMU finished the year ranked #8 were CAA Champions and lost in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

Since graduation, Keith has stayed a part of the lacrosse community. He first was an assistant coach at Robert E Lee High School in Springfield, VA. After coming back to Pennsylvania, he was the Boys Lacrosse Director and Assistant Program Director at United Sports for 5 years working with various sports.

Keith has now worked with Ultimate Events & Sports for 5 years. He is the Head JV boys lacrosse coach at Avon Grove High School and in his spare time he helps out with the local youth lacrosse club, Avon Grove Wildcats.

Keith currently lives in Chester County, PA with his wife, Katie, and 3 children, Connor and Mason and Elise

Chelsea Jamison

Chelsea is from Coatesville, PA, where she played girls lacrosse and field hockey. She attended Penn State University and received her Bachelor of Science Secondary Education. While attending PSU she worked part time as the Asst. Girls Lacrosse Director at United Sports starting in 2009. Upon graduation, she was the Head Coach at Coatesville High School, where she helped lead the team to one of their most successful seasons. In addition to coaching, she was also a teacher for the Coatesville School District for 2 years.

In 2012 she joined the Ultimate Events team and has been assisting all of our programming, while being an English teacher at a school in Philadelphia. Due to her experience, enthusiasm, and love of the game she was promoted full-time to be our Girls Lacrosse Director.
